This is the first in a series available through Blackrock 3 Partners. Our Incident Management Training for IT Operations, Level 1 is an 8-hour course offered in four 2-hour Sprints. Each Sprint is interactive, led by live instructors who challenge and engage participants from around the world using multimedia, video conferencing and many small group exercises highly applicable to incident response in the IT setting.
