For our inaugural episode, meet Toby Frost, Battalion Chief for Lafayette, Indiana Fire Department, and a member of Indiana’s Task Force One with the FEMA USAR (Search & Rescue) team. One of our own, Toby also teaches Incident Command courses for Blackrock 3 Partners. Rob sat down with Toby to discuss his experience implementing incident management systems in recent FEMA deployments including the Surfside Condominium collapse in Miami and the aftermath of Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Florida.
