Open Enrollment:
Incident Commander, Command Staff and Key Responder Level 1 Certification This course provide foundation skills, knowledge and abilities for individuals who will work in the critical leadership functions of incident command, incident communications and technology problem-solving during Information Technology (IT) incidents. The goal is to prepare individuals to successfully lead critical functions during incidents in the roles of Incident Commanders, Liaison Officer (LNO), Scribe and Subject Matter Expert (SME). Course content includes:
This course mirrors our OnLINE Academy IC Level 1 training. However, with the OPEN ENROLLMENT option, participants may register outside of employer-sponsored private group sessions. You can register independently for the Incident Commander Level 1 course! Upcoming sessions: January 2023 (SOLD OUT), March 2023, May 2023
